We are implementing Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.0 and are trying to integrate it with a new installation of BMC Remedy 7.1. However, it appears that the Remedy plug-in is not recognizing the BOE XI 3.0 software on our enterprise server. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is Remedy 7.1 compatible with BOE XI 3.0?

In case anyone else comes across this issue in the future...
BMC has informed us that Remedy 7.1 is not compatible nor supported for BOE XI 3.0. We have since reverted to BOE XI R2 in order to integrate with Remedy 7.1.

There are no current plans that I am aware of, to enhance the Remedy ARWebReportViewer.plugin to support BOEXI R3.x. Please continue to lobby your BMC Sales Rep to request it.
You can access the Remedy AR System database via the BMC Analytics for Business Service Management product, which provides a pre-built universe and a number of predefined WebI reports. The universe is extendible and additional reports can be created.
This BMC product works with all versions of Business Objects Enterprise XI from R2SP2 onwards.
