If there are different planned orders for a particular material and if i want to create a single Purchase requisition

from all the existing planned orders, how I can do it?

Please note that I want a single purchase requisition only.

Hi,

You can use transaction MD15 - Collective Conversion of Planned Orders to Purchase Requisitions

Hi,

In my opinion you can do:

1. Set the proper lot size on MRP1 view of your material master

2. Set collective requirement on MRP4 view of your material master

3. Execute MRP run (MD01, regenerative planning)

4. Convert the PldOrd to PurReq

So, you cannot convert several PldOrd into one PurReq automatically - as per my best knowledge.

(What you can do is to convert one of the PldOrd to PurReq and adjust the quantity to the sum of the PlOrds' qty - after that you can execute MRP run again to check whteher the firmed PurReq was created for the proper qty)

Dear Pradeep

u can use MD16 for conversion of planned order to Purchase requisition after selecting the Material, one more thing there is not possible to convert it collectively but u have just select all and then convert into the PR and just click & save , click & save.

it will be helpfull fo u to reduce the time to operate the planned to PR.

if helpfull then rewards

hi,

As per my knowledge, its not possible to convert n number of Planned orders into one PR...

As suggest, you can use MD51...but this will also create the N no. PR's...

Hope it helps...
