Problem selecting LOV when scheduling a CR2008 report in XI3.0 InfoView
System: CR2008, XI3.0
When users are selecting LOVs from the prompt page while scheduling the report in XI3.0 InfovIew, what would cause the LOV drop down box to SOMETIMES disappear for SOME users and the selection box would appear as a text box?
we had 2 QA users looking at the report at the same time, both using the dHTML viewer. The report has 3 prompts, all LOVs.
QA1 would see all drop down boxes, but QA2 would see that dropdown box for the 1st prompt is missing.
QA2 would then use QA1's machine to log in and see all drop down boxes.
QA2 notifies the Administrator. Administrator opens up the BVM and takes a look at the DF, BE and BV. No "save" action was performed.
QA2 would eventually see the drop down boxes again
Has anyone experienced this strange behavior? If not, does anyone know what would cause the drop down box to be missing?
