how to create general attributes in org model....

Hi Satya

In Transaction PPOMA_CRM for a given Org Unit, double click on the Org Unit.

Then click on the Attributes Tab (Bottom Half of Screen)

Select the relevant Scenario (Sales, Service, Marketing) and set the relevant attributes.

Check the Obj. Permitted in Determination box if relevant per scenario as well.
