DTW Templates

Hi Experts,

Sub : DTW

SAP B1 PL 40.

Is there any template for : 1. Warehouse to G/L import

2. Inventory Goods Receipt.

3. Sample Trial balance.

4. G/L opening blance.

5. Trial balance, Balance sheet, P&L template.

Can any one send above mentioned template templates please...

Hi Kart,

For G/L opening balance, you can use oInventoryGenEntry or service type AP invoice template oPurchaseInvoices.

You may search this forum to find out more info regarding you request.

Unfortunately there is no template for the opening balance, but it is available through the DI API under AccountsService. I don't see a COM object for Account determination. Will keep looking and let you know if I find one, but they are not in the DTW templates.

1. Warehouse to G/L import ??? Not sure what you mean. Account determination? Warehouse creation?

2. Inventory Goods Receipt. C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oInventoryGenEntry\Documents.xlt & Document_Lines.xlt

3. Sample Trial balance. Rather check with your accountant, as each country may be different, and each company. It also depends on whether you are manufacturing, retailing, service oriented, etc.

4. G/L opening blance. Use Journal template > C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oJournalEntries\JournalEntries.xlt

5. Trial balance, Balance sheet, P&L template. Best is to create in system.

Please let me know what you are referring to in 1.

2. G/L opening blance: Administration> system initilization> opening balances>G/L Accounts Opening balance..

Is it possible to post directly from the above mentioned path.
