View in the portal Leave Request

Good Night,

I have the following question.

What I need to do so the link that is in portal in the following path,

Employee Self-Service-> Working Time>Leave Request

the employees Trainee can not display the link of Leave Request that is in bold.

ie. The employee with personel group 1 active --->Yes

The employee with personel group 4 Trainee --->Not

The employee Trainee not have because request absence.

Use a proxy class to show/hide dynamically. Search the forum....lots of info on proxy classes in Homepage Framework and a pretty good wiki on it too.

I have that do a copy of the service EMPLOYEE_WORKTIME_RECORDWORKTIME05 to ZEMPLOYEE_WORKTIME_RECORDWORKTIME05 or can use the service standar and modify add the Proxy Class?

If you dont want the proxy class, You can try to have a different rule group for the Trainees and assign them to a rule having the settings of not able to raise a leave request until their probation ends etc, this settings are already available in PTARQ
