NetWeaver Studio installations on MiniSAP WAS 6.4

Dear All

I have Mini SAP WAS 6.4 installed in my Notebook , now i am gearing up to have NetWeaver Studio SneakPreview 04 with that .

I have downloaded the same from SDN .

Please guide me in accomplishing the same possibly with a step-by-step guidelines .

Hi,

Give a SDN search in SDN Weblogs with the term "sneak preview installation".

There are two weblogs with detailed step by step descriptions.

Will this Mini SAP 6.4 support NWS 04s ?

Or i can install NWS 04s independently without having any WAS at all ?

Hi,

NW04 s is a seperate installation.

By the way are you talking about installation of developer studio or the Web AS server.

If you are talking about the installation of Developer Studio, just click on the installer. No need to do enter parameters. It is just a simple installation.

You need to have a Web AS Java 6.4 server . Mini or the normal one.

In case of NW04s, that is a seperate installation for both the Web AS server and the Developer studio .

Or you can go for a installation of Developer workplace (2004s) where it will install a Java engine and also NDS in a single host.
