Hi Experts,

Kindly let me the the process to assign 4 diffrent work schedules to various personal areas.

Why you want to create 4 workschedules what is your business process?

What are working hours of all the employee of 4 personnel areas?

Is they wrok differnt from each other ?

Is there any kind of uniformity or differnce between PA?

If it is same you can very well create 1 DWS 1 PWS and work shecdule rule

otherwise you have to create 1DWS 1 PWS 1 WSR each

Create Four Different work schedules according to ur Personnel Areas and assign them to the respective personnel Areas.

ex. D WERKS

1000 &SCHKZ=WS1

2000 &SCHKZ=WS2

3000 &SCHKZ=WS3
