Hi,
We have upgrated our Solution Manager to SP17 and now when we want to edit the item details in a incident the item details tab is missing.
Someone knows how to restore this view?

I resolved the problem in the SPRO:
SAP Solution Manager Implemention Guide -> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> General Settings -> Set Up the Original Screen Profile
and I change the screen profile for SRV0 SLFN from SRV_SLFN_1 to SRV_SLFN_2
