Sales order mass change ??

Hello All

I am working on SD module on ECC 6.00

I want to do mass change in the sales order and the outbound deliveries specially the quantities

As already suggested, for sale orders, you can mass change via VA05 but the same is not possible to change the quantity in delivery.

Either you have to create LSMW or BDC for this but since this is not going to be a regular requirement, it is better to change the required quantities manually in the delivery.

I dont think it is possible using VA05 or MASS. You can use LSMW.

No it is not possible to change the quantity via VA05 or MASS. You have to create a recording in LSMW.

NOTE: In mass maintenance, you must decide which tables of an object type are to be changed. It is possible to make changes in several tables at the same time. If you select several tables, only objects that meet your selection criteria in every table will be selected.

For Outbound delivery:

there are few FM:

BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE

WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2

Perhaps, commit work is needed also

You change do the mass changes using the t-code: VA05 or

VA05N.
