IS-OIL and SAP-CRM

Hello Experts,

I am working in SAP-CRM, just wanted to ask, can IS-OIL be integrated with SAP-CRM.If yes then how DRC pricing conditions can be downloaded to CRM.

Please give some useful inputs,

Hi ,

First set up a connection between CRM and IS- Oil& Gas

Follow the below steps

In Industry Solution  Oil& Gas  go to IMG- Integration with Customer relationship management- Excise tax-Integration customer master data with Excise duty attributes.

I docs are used to exchange customer master data in SAP Oil &Gas with business partner data in SAP CRM. User exits are called during processing Inbound or outbound I docs.
