Handling Change Numbers through BAPI

Hi..

we are using the BAPI -- CCAP_ECN_CREATE for handling the change numbers, and we are using the Externcal change number which is creating in WINDCHILL and from windchill we push that external number to SAP using SAP XI, so while doing the changes at component level w.r.t to quantity for BOM using change number, the changes are getting reflected and the quantity is also changing but the change number is not reflecting or assigning across that component..

Unable to see the change number in the BOM

when i manually tested the external change number is getting reflected but when i use that BAPI it is not coming, should i need to mark or use any fields in this BAPI to reflect the Change Number.
