Problem with configuraion SWNCONFIG (Extended Notifications)

We configured Extended Notifications to notify leave approvers every monday about all open leave requests that are waiting for approval.

In SWNCONFIG I made up a scenario:

-weekly schedule

-FULL selection of all open leave requests

-granularity one mail per category

- Interval 1 minute

When I execute SWN_SELSEN all workitems are selected, but only a couple od notifications (the new ones) are sent.

When I execute the program once more a couple of minutes later, even NO norifications are sent.

How must SWNCONFIG be configured to have ALL open leave workitems be sent?

What we want is that every week ALL leave requests are selected and sent to the approvers. Not only the NEW leave request.

Therefore I configured the selection:

Subscrioption details:

ype delivery: HTML_EMAIL (BSP is configured in SE80)

Reminder days is 7,

Filter deatils:

DELTA = SPACE.

Task = TS12300097

Selection details:

Monday thru Sunday, 00:00 thru 23:59 CET

Interval = 1

Delivery details:

Monday thru Sunday, 00:00 thru 23:59 CET

For testing purposes I execute SWN_SELSEN manually through transaction SE38.

With above configuration I expect that everytime the program is executed, all work items type TS12300097 are selected and mailed to teh approvers. But somehow somthing is not working. Or is it that I'm just missing a clue?

Hi.

Check the configuration of basic data of the filter. Check that flag "delete old notifications" is empty.
