I can recommend

Training E2E100 - E2E Root Cause Analysis

E2E100 covers the usage of Root Cause Analysis with SAP Solution Manager. Note: It does not include the configuration.

I attended this training SAP-internally and I was very suprised on the good quality.

May be, other users in SDN have made the same experience so far.
