Using FAX in SBO 2007

I want to send a fax through SBO.

Please guide me on this.

Dear Jimmy,

In order to get the details information about how to use Fax with SAP Business One,

please refer to the "Administrator's Guide" available in the service market place.

Please use the following path to get the Administrator's Guide :

1. Log into service market place --> Select "Solution Overview"

2. Then go to Document Resouse center.

Hi Jimmy

You will need a fax server using Microsoft Fax set up on your server or a PC on your network. Go to Server Manager > SBO Mailer > Settings and insert your server name and set the type to Microsoft. You could use Symantec WinFax Pro 10, but support for this product has been stopped by Symantec, however SAP will continue to support for customers who already have licenses and were using it in prior versions for now.
