Multiple useage of indrect material in production

Dear Experts,

Please help in mapping the following scenario in SAP.

Scenario.

We are procuring and stocking a non valuated material ( Angle - 15 x 15 x 4mm thk X 200 long) in nos. This angle will be used as stiffners during fabrication process as supports, but not part of the actual semi finished component. This angle will move along with semi finished compoent under various process in production and will be removed in the final stage of production and will be returned back to stock with a different material number.. Each angle can be used for a minimum of 5 cycles and will be scrapped.

Please provide your inputs for the following

1. Monitoring and Issue of this angle 15 x 15 x 4mm thk X 200 long to a production order.

2, Tracking the usage ( nos of times this has been used)

3. Monitoring and getting back to stock the used angle for further stocking, issue and number times this has been used.

4. The unit of measure that need to be maintained for the fresh angle and the used angles.

5. Scrapping of used angles after 5 cycles of useage.
