Unable to load data in production

hi,

We are facing a problem in production where all the loads are running indefinetly and then failing due to the time limit. The status says " No errors found. The current process has probably not finished yet." But the step by step analysis shows that the RFC connection is not green and the data selection successfully started and the data selection succesfully finished are red. The extraction part in the details tab says missing messages. The records are not present in the transaction RFC as well.

We are facing this problem since 2 days when we transported the process chain into production.Could this have affected the load in some way.Kindly provide pointers to resolve the above issue

Thanks and Regards,

Sahana Narahalli

Hi,

Process chain is different and dataload is different. So check the Idoc are posting in ECC and coming to BW or not?. Check the job in SM37 in ECC and BW and also ST22 dumps.

Thanks

Reddy.

Hi,

There are no errors in ST22 both in the source system as well as the BW system and the job status in source system is released. How will i be able to check if the Idocs are coming into BW properly.

Thanks and regards,

Hi

Do you have enough background job sessions availalbe on source system?

Check the ALEREMOTE user name and password on SM59.

First of check if the source system connection is fine.Check if the background user like ALEREMOTE is not locked in SU01D.

if its fine check the extractor job in the source system if that went to error or dump.

Hope this helps.
