syndicating multiple records

Hi,

Can we syndicate a group of records in one single file using syndicate manager, if yes. how?

Hi Sonali,

Yes, you can syndicate group of records in one singe file through syndicator.

If you are syndicating in flat file then Syndicator by default syndicates all the records in one single file; but if you are syndicating in XML file then you have the option whether you want to syndicate one record per file or you want to syndicate all the records in one XML.

For this, go to Map Properties --> select XML File output --> select Single File (All records)

This option gets enabled ony when you select file type as XML schema or XML schema file in destination properties.

This option remains disabled if you are syndicating records in a flat file.
