which the best way in developing the integration scenario to go with swimlane diagram

actions or not considering the industry standards

Swimlane Provides pictorial format and easy understanding of end to end business scenario.

you would create the Integration Scenario in the IR and then improt it into the ID and use the Integration Scenario to create your configuration in the directory

U should use the Actions of Integration Scenarios. What do you mean by not considering the industry standards?

I dont find these two things optional. U may always use Swimlane diagram considering the industry standards at the same time. What industry standards are you thinking of in current scenario?

i mean that how much important it is to go with the Integration scenario and swimlane diagrams is it necessary for each and every scenario or we can go with out using swimlane and Integration scenario

That sounds pretty clear. This integration scenario is good option for ur scenarios but for simple scenarios it is Ok even if u don't use Integratio Scenario. Whenever the scenario is very complex, u should use Integration Scenario. For easier cases, directly configure the scenario.

thanks for your quick response

which means if there are many business systems like 5 to 6 with in one scenario

were the complexity is more does it depend on client requirement or we can make a choice of our own becoz if we follow the integration scenario with swimlane we can have a clear idea of the data flow

Both That means based on client requirement, we have to make our own choice. So development strategy is completely in hands of the XI Consultant.

Exactly. U r correct. So for ease of design, use swimlanes.

it's in my opinion always a good choice to create an Integration Scenario, because:

1) It helps to get an overview if you look at a (for you) new scenario

2) It's makes the configuration in the Integration Directory much easier
