workflow error

Hi,

Whenevere activating the step of user decission ,i am gettin error like

'Prefix number:Entry missing for client'.

Please clarify on this error.

Hi,

You need to maintain prefix numbers to activate the custom workflows..they need to be maintained via OOW4 transaction. First maintain them and activate the workflow.

Hi,

Maintiain the 3 digit prefix number for the workflow for system client through transaction OOW4.

Goto transaction SWU3 [Automatic Workflow Customizing]. Execute it. Check 'Maintain Definition Environment-->Maintain Prefix Numbers' should be green check. Then save your workflow.

Note that all the four drop-down should be green check in tcode SWU3 for workflow.

hi,
