KSV1 Creation of Distribution Cycle
Based on your requirements you create a cycle stating what all are the Sending or Receiving elements and factors thereof. You state further details based on your requirments. Ensure that you create the needed SCE before creating a cycle.
KSU1 Creation of Assessment Cycle
Its as simple as above the thing is that this uses Assessments.
Use of Cycle Based on your settings the system determines while running the actual Cycle thru KSV5 & KSU5 - which is the Sender CC and based on CE. The Receiver gets the costs based on your percentages or Fixed Amounts set.
The practical use is say for an expense that is expected to be spread
Ex Rent based on Square Feet Consumption by various departments. You book the actual expenses in a Common or Corporate Cost Center and then allocate.
