Default in VA01

Hi,

I want that the order type and the sales area in VA01 initial screen be defaulted when the user punches the T-code VA01.

I think it can be done by SU01 but i donno the parameters or any other options????

hi,

This can be done through Transaction Variant SHD0. there you maintain the detials and activate the variant then system when ever VA01 is used the selection fields will be filled

ya but then this will be for the T_Code VA01 and for all users.

I want diffrent Order Type and Sales area for diffrent users.

yes this canbe done through SU01(for perticuler users) paramters in this fasion:

order type :AAT"this is parameter id for ord type.
Sales office:VKB
goto su01>user name>parameters tab>assign the parameter which i gave you above with default values and save and come out.

and for finding the parameter just press F1 on fields and double click on fieldname see its data element >further charteristcs.

i found 2 parameters for you.further work ahould be done by you.

Hi,

You can extend the values to be defaulted in the T-Code Va01 by using the User Exit by making the group of user to be used for the different sales org, DC, DIV.

i think this will solve the problem.
