query of po printing

Hi experts

I want the po automatically be printed as soon as I save it.

could you explain how to configure the system to achieve the function?

Hi Greetings

You control the same in Condition records itself.

You can maintain the condition record with Despatch time as 4 " Send immediately( When saving the application")

The can be configured in the output type also.

Hi

As per standard SAP, we can have only one Message Determination Schema assigned to all PO output types at client level.

Experts please correct me if am wrong.

HI Mark,

The out put determination has to be done in this case. But u can also try in ME9F and execute.

If its configured automatically then u can take the print.

Please check.
