Automatic settlement of Maintenance order

Hi Gurus,

I required to run the automatic settlement of maintenance order on daily basis on background mode.

Kindly provide me the detail how to proceed .

while using the settlement run using KO8G in that screen itself you can find the background processing .kindly tick mark and press enter you can define the back ground job as required

Dear DP SINGH ,

you can do this through T code SM36, there you need to give a job name say ZPMSettlemnt, then click on step icon on the top, there you mention ABAP program name SAPLK071, this is for KO8G tcode, if you have any variants for KO8G, you mention there come back and click on Start condition (green flag) click on Date and time u can select periodic job in that select Daily. Then save the job.

This job will be run in back ground daily.

You can see the job executed report in SM37.

Dear,

This is possible by ABAP. A ZTCODE will be created for KO88 or KO8G and it will be executed on defined time automatically. Its not a big deal for ABAPer./
