Hallo,
can I exclude some Words from the search over TREX.
Otherwise I have I problem with the DATA Security.
Exists an Athorization Object for the search with the TREX.
Kind Regards
Remo Kasan
hi kasan,
If you want to exclude words from the search over trex then will tell you syntax
excluding words from the search use '-' otherwise use '+' ,
Ex:
To search a recipe for spaghetti bolognese without meat, type in: +recipe +spaghetti sauce meat.
Restrictions on searches and indexes
·You are able to search and index only in the languages belonging to the Latin 1 group and the double-byte languages, which are Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Taiwanese.
·Searching and indexing does not work for EBCDIC (Enhanced Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code) character sets, for example, for the AS/400 machines.
·TREX can be installed only on the Windows NT and Windows 2000 platforms
Thanks & Regards
