SNP-Lot Size

Hi All

I want my planned orders to be generated according to my Lotu2013Size. I am using the SNP Optimizer (Discrete) tool for it.

For e.g.- If my capacity is 1 Tone/hr and my lot size is 10, demand for the entire month is 25 tone the system will come out will 3 planned orders 10,10,10 and the surplus of 5 due to my lot size.

I have maintained the Min. lot-size in PPM as 10 and also tick the discretization in PPM, but still the system is not generating the planned orders. The system is coming up with the one planned order that is of 25 tone.

Kindly give us some suggestions for doing the same.

What is the meaning of 'lead time of receipt PPM faling beyond discetisation'

Hi

I mean the production time is say 7 days and discretization horizon is 4 days.

Discretization horizon is maintained in discrete constraints page of optimizer profile.

Integral PPM/PDS lot size = XX Y XX is no of periods and Y is period type

Is the lead time in PPM such that the receipt is falling beyond discretization horizon?

Maintain fixed lot size and not min lot size in product master.
