Success open dataset but failed transfer

Hi All,

I want to create test data for testing scenario.

I just want to know, what situation that caused failed when execute TRANSFER but success when OPEN DATASET.

There could be plenty of reason for happning this you may just see all possible reason by just pressing F1 on Open dataset.

Firstly check the mode in which the file was opened. Is it read or write mode?

this open dataset for write mode

OPEN DATASET p_fullpath FOR OUTPUT IN TEXT MODE ENCODING UTF-8.
