Year Transfer on SAPB1 2007A

Please can anyone tell me how to enable Year Transfer on SAP B1 2007A? I understand that its meant for Netherlands and Israel but is there anyway i can install 2007A PL30 and enable it.

OR how best can i transfer GL Acct & BP Balances and Open Docs to a new Database?

It is better by Copy Express tool. It is a free add-on.

Year Transfer is not possible except for those two countries which you mentioned.

Hi Paul,

I am SAP 2005A Patch level 29 and I have successfully done a transfer using the Year transfer on UK localizations. I got an error on the balances transfer section though but I didn't get deep into the cause of the error, all other sections worked fine however.

Is the localization limited to the balances section only or could there be more errors than I can see at this time and will probably come up over time. Or alternatively could I just be lucky ?

Hello Martin,

Year transfer is not supported for UK localization and is very much not advised. You should contact your partner since there may be now issues with the DB.
