Reverse Journal Entry - Reverse Transactions Window

Hello,

Is there anyway to specify what users recieve the Reverse Transactions window for reversed journal entries? Currently, all users that have authorization to the financial module receive the message upon logging in. However, we'd like it to appear for only one person instead. Is there anyway to set up this designation?

Hi Amanda,

By current system behavior, it is not possible to block the pop up window of the Reverse Transactions for the user who has the

authorisation to create Reverse Transactions in Business One.

However, you can prevent users from getting this authorization under 'Administration > System Initialization > Authorizations > Financials > Reverse Transactions' to set 'No Authorization' and then the specific user to whom the 'No Authorization' is set cannot open the Reverse Transactions window.

This is probably the defaut B1 function now. You may need to go trough SDK or by some add-on to make it work like what you desired.
