While I appreciate this forum and the blogs, is there direct SAP support? When I attempted to search and then enter a new help request, I was not able to complete the submission. Our SAP has changed and still cannot get a straight answer.

do you have your customer ID with you.
Pls login to service.sap.com ; there you have option for help & support.

Yes I have an OSS ID and have submitted notes before.
However, we are unable to submit notes for MDM
It might be the case that authorization to create new message has been taken from you id.
I seen these.
try if your Admin has the rights.
