Report on Eligibility in Enterprise Compensation Management ( ECM )

Hello Experts,

Is there a standard report that gives me the list of people who would be eligible for a given compensation plan or a review item ?

Ad Hoc query on IT 0759 is only giving me the people who are already processed under the compensation plan. But not the eligible people on a given future date.

HI

You can use Report "PECM_CREATE_COMP_PRO" which is kind of work around to find all eligible population for comp. plan and Review item. This can run with future date (selection parameters). Just run it in test mode so that no record gets created for 759. If any employee is not eligible it also leaves you message.

From frontend point of view its not an issue as during the review period line mgrs will get to see only eligible population.

That's a very good idea. Thank you.

But I am surprised that SAP did not deliver a good report for Eligible Rules.

I tried using Personnel Cost Planning & Simulation, but I found that it will work only when there are guidelines.

We have developed a custom ABAP report that shows the eligibility of employee's for bonus plans.

There is no standard report for this.
