Copy cell value to another cell macro with Hierarchy

Hi,

Im trying to build a macro to copy the value from a cell to another one in a new column, the problem is that im not sure how I can call the process, I would like to copy the value when the report is loaded or refreshed. Another problem that Im having is that we are using a Hierarchy to organize the values, the problem comes when the user expands or retracts the levels the value of the cells changes since levels are being added or removed.

Any ideas how can I accomplish this?
