SSF error: Invalid signer
I have a user who anytime she tries to open an attachment in the Interaction Center she receives a blank page with "SSF error: Invalid signer". She logs into the IC with CRM credentials and her CRM account is fine. Any idea what is causing the SSF error?
From what I've heard, this error is caused b/c the PSE can't be accessed. Is this so? What are possible solutions?
