How to switch automatically to display mode each time we save
the change document ?
In fact, when the status of the change document is changed, the ticket
is assigned to another team (e.g functional team). So normally, the
ticket can only be processed by the functional team (ps: functional
team only has authorization to process the ticket in that status).
The issue is that when the ticket status changes the ticket doesn't
switch to display mode so the previous(logged) team can still modify the
ticket whereas they're not supposed to.

We had a same requirement sometime back.....Although this technically feasible, but really difficult to achieve even if we want to........Basically if u want to avoid modification to SAP standard code......You can copy the whole CRMD_ORDER tcode and then proceed further...and then in your Ztransaction at appropiate positions, you need to call resp Lock dequeue Function module...... All this is not viable solution..So we decided against it...
An alternative we had used was, let there be default Idle logout time across the system.. set to probably 15 odd minutes...
