The best way to migrate KM content

Hello everybody,

We are trying to migrate our KM content from one portal to another (same version, same support package, same operating system and same database platform)

We have tested the KM Export/Import tool, Webdav and ICE transfer content.

The best one for our purpose was the KM Export/Import tool, but we are losing attributes (prior versions of the documents, service authorizations and authorization workflows). Someone recommended to perform a Java System Copy, but we don't want to copy all the information related with the java stack due to configuration issues that we would't like to replicate in the target system.

Suggestions to migrate the whole KMC content will be welcome.

Have you ever tried ICE transfer? There are 2 methods - the offline and online method. The offline using package upload will also lose prior version. But I not very about the distribution (syndicator & subscriber) methods might help?

I hope ICE is best way to do as it migrates permissions also
