Cart Approvals screen

Hiya,

Please can someone explains why my SRM Approver is not seeing the correct screen, even though the SAP_EC_BBP_MANAGER role has been assigned.

Our SRM Approver is instead seeing Business Workplace screen instead (Tx code SBWP). This is wrong and not SRM standard.

Hope that that manager has a access for BBPSC07 - manager Inbox.

How must I see where this is maintained?It is my understanding that the SRM manager role should have this assigned already. Is this true?

You can see via SUIm. but however as a manager try to login in gui and see whether he could access this tcode.

Please clarify elobarately and exactly what was the problem.

Pooja,

SAP_EC_BBP_MANAGER role does't have the approval authorisation for BBPBWSP_SIMPLE which is mandatory for approval.

Please use SAP_BBP_STAL_MANAGER role which contains sufficient authorisation for the approvers. You can restrict other authorisation if you don't want.
