is SD knowledge required

hi,

i wanted to join CRM classes,but i am told that SD knowledge is very much required.

is SD a prerequisite for CRM? or is CRM manageable even without SD knowledge if we put some extra effort?

can you also suggest any good institutes in hyderabad.

Hi,

CRM can be used as a standalone product as well as with integration to the ERP. Integration to the SD module, ERP basically, is used in different scenarios, like Sales Order Management, Claims and others.

So do not feel discuraged by statements like 'SD knowledge is mandatory for CRM', learning by doing is the best practice
