SOP demand and splitting issue

Good afternoon,

I am loading independent requirements into SOP (via MC88)

I have set the following:

Defining period split for automatic split: OMPH

Assigning period split of MRP group: OMPS

Consmption mode: OMPG

The required results are:

The forecast is split from a monthly Qty to a weekly one

The Independent requirements for the short term plan are ignored

I have tested these in our Dev and Quality enviroments but it is not working in our Prod enviroment, can anyone point me in the direction or what to check?
