Service Ticket Configuration

Hi

I need to setup Service Ticket configuration in CRM 5.0 webclient can any body explain me how to configur it,Is there another process other than Nav bar profile setting.

Hi Vikram,

Assign your service transaction to business transaction profile and assign this profile to ICWC profile.
