workflow message to workflow folder

Dear experts,

I'm using send mail step to mail some message to SAP inbox. My requirement is to send the message to Inbox->workflow folder instead of Inbox->unread documents folder.

Could you please suggest.

I would suggest to go through some basics please! In order to make your message appear in the WF folder, it has to be a executable workitem.
