DNL_EQUIPMENT adapter is missing.

Hi gurus,

We are trying to replicate equipment between SAP CRM and SAP ECC. According to IMG documentation, first step is activating the adapter objects DNL_EQUIPMENT and DNL_EQUI_HIER by using transaction R3AC1. But DNL_EQUIPMENT adapter is missing on the list ( even after pressing the button "IN_/Active").

So we failed at the first step.

What is wrong with our environment? Is there any other way to do this?

(ver.CRM 2007)

Dear Reyes,

The object was also absent in the SMOFOBJECT table. But it is avaliale in our CRM 5.0 system. We've transported it into our CRM 2007 system. What is wrong with our new system with the version 2007 ?

We are using EQUIPMENT for initial load instead of DNL_EQUIPMENT. The jobs were finished without any error. But we couldn't find equipments both in the ibase and in the tables. ( SMOEQUI, COMM_PRODUCT)

Also if we've activated the body which is located under the IMG path Customer Relationship Management --> Master Data --> Installed Base --> Replication of Equipment from SAP ECC Customer Service (CS) -->Business Add-In: Equipment Download. After the activation we couldn't do the initial load again.

R/3 system produces endless jobs.

helppp..

Dear Ozlem,

Could you check your Customizing in the IMG under Master Data > Installed Base > Replication of Equipment from SAP ECC Customer > Define Default Settings for Equipment Replication and retest the behaviour.

Check in your system to see if the standard implementation (CRM_EQUI_LOAD_STDIMP) of badi CRM_EQUI_LOAD is active in your system.

Also please look at SAP Note:

573857 Debugging of the R/3 back-end processing of initial download.

Best regards

Reyes

Dear Ozlem,

All objects in R3AC1, have the INACTIVE field disabled in table SMOFOBJECT.

Best regards
