Qty check during delivery with respect to STO

Hi all,

My requirement is the system should not allow to do PGI in issuing plant for more quantity than the Stock Transport Order Qty from the Receiving plant.

Suppose the PO QTY is 10 system is allowing to do PGI for 11 qty.

Where are the settings for the same? I want an error message for the same.

Hi Greetings

If you are doing PGI against delivery, you can make the message ME668 as error message.

Thanks for the speedy response.

Will that eventually not allow to post more qty than PO in VL02N? Suppose PO qty is 10 and it wont allow to do PGI for 11? If so then it would be a great help..
