Deletion of Inspection operation from production order

Dear Experts,

Some times due to change in process we need to delete an operation from Production Order,But when we delete the operation system gives an error "System status ICHA is active" or "System status QMDA is active" due to which we can not delete the operation from an order & Production order status always remain as PCNF.

Please suggest how we can remove ICHA & QMDA statuses from an operation,

Hi Srinivasan,

Try it by using Control Key for which confirmation is not required and Inspection is also deactivated (If required create new One).

It will help you to complete the Order on temporary bases in case of Inspection is started and Read Master Data is not possible.

Hi,,,

If you have already done partial confirmation first reverse the same.

Then delete the inspection lot create for the order.One more thing , if the inspection results were maintained and posting was made through Usage decision it is too difficult to carry out the same.
