actually in sales order pricing schema level and invoice the currency format is in XXX,XXX,XXX.XXX but i have to get it in indian format XX,XX,XXX.XX at order level and invoice and same in output forms also. what should i do?

Please check the decimal places settings for the currencies through OY04 transaction.

Try Tcode SU3 -- Defaults --- Decimal notation there u have option to choose.
