reg: pgi cancellation without concern to excise invoice

I have an issue that i need to reverse pgi without cancel the excise invoice, is it possilbe, if there plz let me know.

Hi,

yes we can do reverse PGI without cancelling the exicse invoice, but before that you have to cancel the commerical invoice. But this is not adavisable as there will be data mistach when if you change any quantity in the delivery for the same document, between the excise data and the sale data. so always it is advisable to cancel the exicise invoice first and then the billing document and then you can do reverse PGI.

No U can not do so. U have to cancel the billing doc and excise invoice and reverse the PGI.
