Is there any way to list all EDI/WEB orders where ship-to-adr was changed?

Hi friends,

I have a question from my client asking that, Is there any way to list all EDI/WEB orders where the ship-to address was changed?

They would like to know how to get a list of WEB/EDI orders from their distributors who changed the delivery address to their end customers on a WEB order or an EDI order.

Please advice.
