Item Qty in Quotation copied to OR should not be available for change

Hi

Can any one suggest how to go about

When i copy the Quotation document with item qty 10 to OR as qty 10, it should not allow me to change the item qty in OR.

Yes u can achieve this.

Use Tocde VTAA select Target sls doc. type and Source sls doc. type there u will find complete referece please tick the same.

You mark a quotation for complete reference and you then copy the quotation into a sales order. Later, if you try to change an order quantity or to delete an item, the system sends a message.

Hi,

This can be done with help of abaper. Even if we check the complete reference in the VTAA, system will allow us to change the quantity in the sales order, but here it will give the message warning message Reference quantity: 10 M (total referenced: 15 M)

either you have make this message as error message or with the help of the abaper we can make this field grey in the user exit rv45afzz
