How to enable a system language?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to enable a system language? Now I have english in login window, but if I fill french for language I can't login. How could I enable french?

You have to install the language from the language CD/DVD.

Basically you need to

- start program RSCPINST and add the langauge

- add the parameters listed there to parameter "zcsa/installed_languages"

- restart the instance

- login to client 000 with a user not DDIC or SAP*

- start transaction SMLT and add the language

- import the language package from the DVD

- install all the support package language dependent part using SMLT

- supplement the language (non translate parts) using SMLT

- refill your production client(s)
