regarding Infotype : 105 and subtypes

Hi all ,

I need to change the field length of Infotype : 105( Communications) depending on subtypes .

If subtype is for mobile number I need to take USRID which is 30 characters.

If subtype is for email then the i need to take usrid_long. which is around 130 characters.

As of now Im having only field whose length is 30 characters.

where and how shld i change to accomodate the length for these subtypes.

Hi,

You can either use USRID or USRID_LONG fields in subtypes of Communications info type.

It is USRID by deafult.

To change it to USRID_LONG (241 characters), goto SM31 -> V_T591C and click the checkbox written long ID.

HI,

Go to structure P0105 , select component type and click on change to entre length of field. It will ask for access key.
