Integrate PP & HR

Hi,

I want to know about the integration in PP & HR.

In case of business process (Manufacturing process) what type of data generally pass from PP to HR and How HR dept utilize it (for example to calculate workers time etc).

In SAP what are the steps (settings) available to integrate PP & HR?

hi

work center is represented as an external object in the HR entity relationship model (organizational model). The Work Center Integration interface enables you to create relationships between LO work centers and HR organizational entities (such as HR organizational units and HR work centers). You can also create HR work centers in Logistics (LO).

Integration

The organizational model is replicated using ALE from the HR system to the LO system and is evaluated locally in the LO system. HR work centers created in the LO system can also be replicated from Logistics to HR.

Prerequisites

You must use ALE to replicate the organization model from the HR system to the LO system.

To create an HR work center in Logistics, use internal number ranges. Before replicating data, you must compare the internal number range of the HR work center in LO with the internal number range of the HR work center in HR. Data is distributed in both directions, which means that the numbers must be discrete and must not overlap. If numbers overlap, they could be overwritten when data is replicated.

Hi,

As per my past experience we provide Labour HR as one activity type in production / process order confirmation screen called STD value key and define no of person as labor HR require to finish any fix ( base qty) production qty , who work on m/c as work center define in SAP PP master data as direct manpower in daily attendance by HR. At month end compare with standard labour HR & actual labour HR , manpower daily wages also define from CO side. there r other way in SAP to integrate fully PP-HR module at work center level for calculate manpower / labor working efficiency according production output.

Dear,

As concerned, with the confirmation time of the production orders with the operator's employee id, u can get the actual working hours of the operator. This will be helpful for u in calculating their performance incentives and attendance.

Also in work center (CR01) tap HR data , it is also mentioned for employees id, payroll and some other field related to HR and tap for capacity details, it has mentioned for employees per shift. How many employees are working per shift, it has mentioned very clearly.

The main integration bet PP & HR is in work center.

The HRMS key.

Hi Rupesh,

Please inform, by the tab HR data in CR01 do you mean HR Assignment tab?

Also I want to know if we have assigned 4 workers for particular work center (category 0001) depending on there qualification/skills & that work center has been assigned to operation in routing.

Is it possible to do setting by which it will allow to confirm the quantity for that operation only with reference to those workers (co11n) which are assigned to work center & restrict for others .If yes please inform what setting we need to do? Also if you have idea of standard report or table where we can see confirmed quantity against particular worker.

Dear,

We can assign the person in work center via HR assignment under capacity planning tab & it works for work force planning. But before going to capacity tab , we have one more tab for HR Assignment. You Can assign the person under this tab Its grouping the person in Organisational units w.r.t HRMS.

You maintain/create personal master in transaction PA30 and assign in the personal number field in the CO11 Personnel/additional data of HR. screen.

Please take help from HR consultant also.
